Catering Supervisor
Our client is looking for a Catering Supervisor to help manage operations and a team of 13 in a location 2 miles from Swindon Centre.
This role is a temporary assignment for a minimum of 4 weeks but could be extended. The role has an excellent work life balance with no weekends required and a working day of 7.30am to 3.30pm.
Tasks include:
- To manage and supervise a team of 13 housekeepers and catering assistants.
-Organise staff scheduling.
- Ensure all health, safety and cleanliness polices are met.
- Record keeping, maintaining time and attendance records.
- Equipment checks
- Team training
- Interacting and liaising with other departments and management team.
- Stock ordering and inventory
Ideally you will have previous supervisory or management experience or similar equivalent experience.
