Nightshift Warehouse/Machine Operative

Blue Arrow are working with a market leading steel trading and distribution company in Edinburgh for a Warehouse/Machine Operative.
This position is a temporary to permanent position working Monday-Friday 2230-0700. The rate of pay for this position is £27,000 per annum with a slight increase after going permanent.
As part of your daily duties you will be:
- Driving a forklift (training provided)
- Loading vehicles using an overhead crane
- Operating a steel saw
- Manual handling
- Moving heavy loads with machinery
- Operating in a safe manner following all health & safety procedures.
The company will train the successful candidate on all machinery and all health and safety procedures in place.
Experience working within the steel/metal industry or working with similar machinery would be advantageous.
