Administrator - Accounts
Are you looking for a permanent role with an immediate start? Do you have a current DBS or would be happy for us to do one for you? Do you have strong administration experience? Then we have the role for you!
We are recruiting for a busy department for a company in the Swindon area, with easy routes to get to.
You will be the main point of contact for general office admin duties, including raising purchase orders, invoicing and
updating database and to be one of the main contacts on the contract for helpdesk queries, updates and chasers
on a high profile contract.
Experience required
- Ability to work and prioritise under pressure
- Subject to Enhanced DBS clearance - we can do one for you
- Experience of Customer Account Management
- Experience of working to and monitoring of contractual SLA's and KPI's under pressure
- Good IT skills including MS Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook
- Good level of interpersonal and customer service skills
