ROLE: Business Customer Service Representative
LOCATION: Hybrid working, Greenock
PAY RATE: £20,500 Per Annum + Quarterly Bonus (T&Cs apply)
HOURS: 37.5 hours, Full Time 5 days
SHIFT PATTERN: Monday to Friday, 08.00am-18.00pm

This opportunity will allow you to interact with your customers via the phone, face to face or via email, supporting your customers queries and solving their problems. The ability to engage with colleagues and management, focusing on improving internal processes and building relationships.
KEY SKILLS
* Knowledge of EE products, services, tariffs, processes, and business rules
* Computer literacy and previous use of contact centre technology
* Excellent communication skills
* Specialist knowledge in specific areas such as technical, billing, contract, processes preferred.
* Negotiations skills for dispute resolution
NICE TO HAVE HOWEVER NOT ESSENTIAL
* Experience within business customer operations.
* Experience of customer service in a B2B contact centre environment
* A good understanding of the enabling infrastructure (systems, people and processes) essential to business customer operations.
