We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our team based in Edinburgh, EH3.

Role: Customer Service Advisor (Telephone)
Location: Edinburgh City Centre, EH3
Pay rate: from £10.64 to £12.08ph dependent on experience
Contract: This will be an on-going contract with permanent opportunities available!
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 6:00pm
This is a telephony role where you will be the first point of contact for customer calls.
Supporting new and existing customers with their enquiries.
Taking calls from IFA's (Independent Financial Advisors)
Helping customers to log in, resolve issues etc and walking them through the process over the phone
