Position: Helpdesk Support
Location: Newtownabbey, BT36 7LQ (remote working as early as four weeks post commencement)
Salary: Salary: £9.90ph
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Shifts: 08:00 - 17:00
Type: Temporary

We are currently recruiting for Helpdesk support in the Newtownabbey area. You will be providing customer support via a service desk by providing ticket logging, technical support and ticket resolution to a range of external customers within the education sector. No experience necessary as a comprehensive training program of four weeks is provided, however you must be confident with verbal and written communication with a high attention to detail and be comfortable navigating multiple computer systems.

Once you have completed your training program and meet the desired knowledge competence the role allows for remote working.

The role is advertised as temporary but you can apply for permanent vacancies that become available.
