Administrator/ Lettings officer
Lewisham | SE London
£14.00 - £17.00 per hour PAYE
Hybrid working role (2 days office)
Temporary: 3 months (possible extension)

Role Brief:

Monitor the delivery of the Empty Homes service, working with internal and external key stakeholders to proactively build, develop and maintain strong working relationships which focus on the successful letting of our Empty Homes and support the Empty Homes and Lettings team's operational and financial interests.
Ensure that the empty homes service is delivered within agreed time frames and with a focus on excellence in performance standards through the delivery of a carefully managed process and efficient use of company systems.
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Role Responsibilities:
* Deliver an outstanding empty homes and lettings service to existing and prospective customers
* Ensure a co-ordinated approach to the delivery of the empty homes and lettings service by building strong working relationships with internal and external colleagues, agencies and other stakeholders in the delivery of letting the home, using strong communication and negotiation skills to influence key decisions
* Work productively with the Lettings Advisors to co-ordinate and manage customers moving in and out of their homes
* Co-ordinate and liaise with the Lettings Advisors to ensure that re-let targets are achieved and loss of rental income is minimized
* Co-ordinate any Disabled Adaptations work required in accordance with the Disabled Adapted Procedure.
* Maintain accurate customer records and property information on I World
* Prepare and organize empty homes for lettings, including the placing of adverts, whilst ensuring a consistent high quality of work
* Complete all customer application processes and co-ordinate paperwork in preparation for prospective viewings

Role Requirements:

* Experience within the property industry or lettings is desirable
* Strong organisational and admirative skills
* Represents the organisation positively when dealing with customers
* Accurately maintains data integrity e.g., by using systems and databases
