* Dealing with customers enquiries via telephone and email
* Ensure compliance with company operating and quality systems
Personal Specifications
* Previous experience in a similar role desirable
* Experience working in an office environment advantageous
* Computer literate with the ability to use Word, Outlook and Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills Work well on your own initiative and as part of a team
* Ability to prioritise workload and perform well under pressure.
