Job details

As the Sales Associate you will manage and organise your own workloads and drive your own sales performance. You need to be highly organised, able to multi-task and communicates well at every level.

The main responsibilities of the Sales Associate will be to contact potential customers who have made an enquiry so no cold calling to discuss the benefits of having a home Buyers report, helping the customer make an informed choice about which Home Survey would suit their needs.

You will utlise your skills to ensure that the customer understand how are protects will help protect them, deliver outstanding service while meting Key KPI's.

Examples of what you will be doing:

 Contacting potential or existing group customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts to ensure compliance

 Answering questions about products or the company

 Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

 Enter and update customer information in the database

 Process sales in an accurate manner

 Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
 Keep records of calls and sales

 Delivering key KPIs daily, weekly and monthly targets are met

 Ensure customer service levels are maintained through monitoring and reviews.

 Dealing with escalations
