We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join an office team based in Barton under Needwood, Staffordshire working for our well known automotive client.
The is a temporary ongoing role with opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
In this position, you will find yourself dealing with the customers, ensuring they are happy and updating them of their orders or any changes that may occur.
This role also includes general administration/office work and data entry that supports the warehouse and transport departments.
Hours of Work:
Shifts: Mon-Fri (37.5 hours/week)
Start Time: 07:00 - 15.00
Pay Rate:
£21,000 per annum (roughly £10.76 per hour)
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience using all Microsoft packages - Excel/Outlook/Word.
* Administrative experience however, full training will be given
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
