Customer Service - Gateline Edinburgh
Blue Arrow have an exciting opportunity for a Gateline Customer Service assistant to work at busy stations in Edinburgh.
This is a full time role, initially for a 12 week period which will be reviewed
Main duties will include assisting customer with queries in relation to tickets, timetables and train services.
Excellent customer service skills, cash handling experience, smart presentation and a friendly and approachable manner is essential.
This role is for an immediate start and you will be working five days from seven which includes weekends so full flexibility is required. You should also be available long term if this role is extended.
The early shifts can start as early 6:00am and late ones finish after midnight. Shifts are assigned on a weekly basis and your average working week will be approximately 35 hours but there is often the opportunity for extra shifts.
Pay Rate - £9.50 per hour, increasing to £10.04 per hour after 12 weeks.
