We are looking for 1x HomeLink Advisor for a minimum of 3 months. The hours are 37 hours working in both home and office as and when required but this could change). The salary: £20,444 - £22,129 per annum

As a home link advisor you will have:
* Some experience of working within an office environment, undertaking a wide range of administrative duties, including generating correspondence, filing, answering the telephone, maintaining computerised records and using various office equipment such as photocopiers, fax machine amongst others.
* Knowledge of the housing sector and the principles of choice-based lettings schemes/allocation policies
In this role you will
* Verify the eligibility of applicants joining the housing register
* Ensure applicants are placed within appropriate priority bands
* Provide quality customer advice on a wide range of housing options
* Maintain effective liaison and relationship building with internal and external representatives
* Provide an effective and efficient and administration service
