Warehouse Operative

Blue Arrow Livingston are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives for our client in Livingston. This position is full time ongoing work with the opportunity to do overtime.

As a warehouse operative you will be required to do a lot of manual handling and need to be able to work in a busy, fast paced environment. You will be required to pick various items based on a list provided by an electronic scanner on your arm. This can vary from items such as sweets to large crates of beer. You will have to operate a pallet truck and build pallets. You will need to work towards a target and be able to show improvement through training. Candidates should have good time keeping and reliability.

Experience:
- Working in a similar picking role would be advantageous
- Working in a fast paced environment
- Working towards targets

Hours of work:
- Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday shift pattern (TBC)
- Dayshift: 0600-1400
- Backshift: 1400-2200
- Nightshift: 2200-0600

Pay:
- Dayshift/Backshift £11.55 per hour
- Weekends £15.36
- Overtime £17/£21 per hour (paid after 37.5 hrs)
