Full time - 37 hours p/w - Monday to Friday
£12.50 per hour
Blue Arrow are looking for Advisers in Reading!
Remote working at first, will be soon transitioning back to office working so candidates must in or around the Reading area. Candidates must be happy to travel to and from the office once office working commences.
Candidates will be expected to:
* Take inbound calls from our business customers to assist with their billing queries (call centre duties)
* Update accounts and respond to customer emails following
* Complete adhoc tasks that may be inbound/outbound telephony, updating spreadsheets and using our customer service system.
* The role is very much customer facing by both email and over the phone.
We are looking for candidates that have:
* Must have strong customer Services skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience working in a call centre is adventurous
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Confident in dealing with MS Packages especially Outlook, Excel and Word
* Ability to adapt to change is essential
* Experience working for a utility provider is desirable but not essential.
