A fabulous Boutique Hotel situated in the South Downs Countryside are looking to recruit a Junior Sous Chef to help join their brigade chefs. The restaurant boasts a superb choice of fresh, locally sourced dishes served daily. This company also offers excellent career opportunities to develop and progress. The hotel is based in a stunning location with a unique twist.
Due to remote location own transport is highly desirable.
You will be responsible for producing desserts for the Pastry department and working closely with the Chef Proprietor and Exec Head Chef to identify new desserts for future menus. You will be working within a great team producing seasonal and fantastically creative desserts and pastries for restaurant.
