Part Time Customer Service Advisor

I am currently looking for part-time Customer Service Agents for my client based in Edinburgh. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be first point of contact for business customers, handling inbound calls and resolving any queries while providing an exceptional level of customer service.
These roles will be homeworking, however, you must be able to attend the Edinburgh office for training.
I am looking for 3 Customer Service Advisors on an 18 hour contract at £9.94 per hour. There are 2 shift patterns available:
Shift Pattern 1
(1x) Monday, Thursday, Friday - 10am-4pm
Shift Pattern 2
(2x) Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 10am-4pm

These roles will be starting on Monday the 4th of July.
