We are looking to recruit a Student Experience Officer Team Member - Across Liverpool campus university within the city
Rates: Full time £19500 PA
Shifts: Day normal operating hours 7am - 11pm - Shifts rotated in between these times
Location: Liverpool University
Are you an excellent communicator with great planning and organisational skills? Do you also have a keen sense of brand ambassadorship and the ability to thrive in a diverse workforce? If so, this Student Experience Team Member position could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Reporting to the Student Experience Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering the client's way of operations' whilst displaying CARE (Connect, Act, Respect and Encourage) to students. The team works closely with peers in housekeeping, facilities and, where applicable, caretakers to deliver a safe, clean and inclusive environment for everybody to enjoy.
The day-to-day responsibilities for a Student Experience Team Member are varied; encompassing the proactive handling of student enquiries, feedback and requests, efficiently ensuring the specific delivery of the following:
* To keep buildings and everyone in them safe.
* Help to build a community and a place where people can relax and be themselves.
* Create an environment where students and colleagues want to stay and be successful.
* Be proud of where you work and the achievements of yourself, your team and the business.

Qualifications/Licenses/Certifications
Essential
* High School Certificate or equivalent.
* Pass a DBS
* Pass a Competency based interview
* Assesment of your Aptitude and behaviour through a gaming skills test
