Customer Advisor - Business Banking - Pay as you grow
Location - Glasgow
Rate of pay - £10.63 per hour
Working hours:35 hours per week between 9am and 5pm - Monday to Friday.
Length of contract - minimum 6 months with good opportunity to be extended
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Carry out a range of demanding clerical or technical support duties where answers are readily available but some judgement may be required, ensuring that the work is completed accurately and adheres to all specified Group policies, processes and procedures
Demonstrate core Lloyds Banking Group values & behaviours as an active team member As appropriate oversee the workflow of other colleagues, giving appropriate advice, guidance and direction to ensure work is completed in an efficient and timely manner.
Respond to a range of demanding enquiries, clarifying customers understanding of the information being given Act as a source of expertise to junior/less experienced colleagues providing coaching and support where necessary, verify and check their work and identify more formal training where appropriate
To be a success in your role you'll need to be:
* Comfortable speaking, actively listening and asking questions on the telephone to gain a full understanding of our customers circumstances.
* Highly effective when handling customer telephone calls.
* Diligent of any risks to our customers and the Bank when making decisions. Using mentorship or advice where required
* Accurate, paying attention to detail when recording details and navigating around our systems.
* Compliant with all regulatory requirements. These will be acquired through our excellent training.
* Positive in your attitude towards change and have a desire to grow to be the best you can be.
* Proactive in identifying and raising improvements to process or procedures.
* Adapt a Can-do growth mindset that has the ability to adapt to changing processes as this is a new area to our business
