I am currently looking to recruit an experienced cleaner for a minimum of 3 months to clean offices for a multinational chemical company.

Location: Warrington - WA4 6HB
Pay rate: 9:50ph
Hours: Mon - Fri 35 per week
Start time: Flexible (between 8am-10am) 7.5 hours per day with half an hour unpaid break.

Your duties will include

* Cleaning, designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, toilet cleaning etc)
* Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
* To ensure all work is completed on time and to acceptable standards
* To clean all common areas of the building to a high standard, complying with acknowledged best practice in the use of all materials and equipment.
* Carry out general cleaning activities in the back of house areas as required, to ensure the area is kept neat, clean and tidy.
* To ensure that all incidents and accidents are correctly logged and reported to site manager
* Complete all daily, weekly and monthly checks in accordance with schedule of log provided.
* To deliver a high level of customer service at all times.
* Whilst on duty you should be of tidy personal appearance and wearing the uniform and identification as necessary.
