Blue Arrow have an excellent opportunity to join one of our clients in Antrim who is a global leader in the healthcare industry
These positions are initially temporary but have the potential for the right candidate to lead to a permanent role
The Role:
* To provide comprehensive customer service support
* Responding to all customer queries accurately and effectively
* Taking the appropriate action to ensure customer expectations are fully delivered
* Providing immediate phone and e-mail support and advice to our valued customers
* Liaising with internal team as required.
The shift times are 5 days across a 7 day rota, working a mixture of 6.40am - 3.20pm and 12.40pm - 9.20pm and will include 1 shift at the weekend.
The pay rate for this role is £10.96 per hour and increases to £11.53 per hour after 1 month.
We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly and hardworking individuals who are keen to work as part of the Customer Support Team. This would be a perfect opportunity for a school leaver or someone with retail experience hoping to develop themselves.
