We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join the Mortgage Division of a major UK bank based in Sheffield (S4 7YB). This is an inbound role in which you will be dealing with calls that cover a range of enquiries from Banking Customers.
Hours of Work:
35 hours a week (7 hours a day).
You will work on a rotational basis between the hours of 8am and 8pm.
2 Saturdays required in a 4-week period however, you will get a weekday off in return.
Skills and Experience Required:
*Strong customer service skills
*Ability to deal with complaints
*A desire to help customers
*Be able to pass both criminal record and credit background checks
