ROLE: SME Business Customer Service Representative
LOCATION: Hybrid working, Greenock
PAY RATE: £20,500 Per Annum + Quarterly Bonus (T&C's Apply)
HOURS: 40, Full Time 5 over 7 days.
SHIFT PATTERN: Monday to Sunday, 08.00am-20.00pm

You will be the main point of contact for your customers handling a variety of queries quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining a high level of customer service. Ensuring your customers receive the best quality of customer contact and giving a positive impact on the customer retention. Resolving customers queries and problems within set procedures to meet your customers' expectations, responsible for ensuring the customers satisfaction and loyalty. Proactively embrace continuous improvement as business as usual, thereby contributing to the delivery of beneficial change in systems, processes, and procedures.

KEY SKILLS
* Exceptional customer call handling skills
* Experience in customer services
* Track record of delivering results

* Have an aptitude for technology and technical problems
* Highly computer literate
* Commitment to resolving customer complaints
* Knowledge of EE products and services
* Good telephone manner
* Good listening, numerical, interpersonal and communication skills

NICE TO HAVE HOWEVER NOT ESSENTIAL
* Experience in the telecommunications or mobile industry.
* Experience of working in a contact centre environment
* GCSE level or equivalent with English and Mathematics
