This Education site in Reading are looking for Chef De Parties to join their team across a number of their outlets on campus.
As a Chef de Partie within this site you would be part of a team producing quality fresh food across a number of outlets on site including, school feeding, on-site café/coffee shops, bars and restaurants and also internal and external events.
This site take huge pride in their catering operation with innovation and sustainability at the heart of what they do. They even have their own farm which they run to provide meat for their menus.
The ideal Chef de Partie candidate would be...
* Experienced working in a quality, fresh food kitchen
* Comfortable cooking in a busy, fast paced environment whilst maintaining an excellent level of quality
* Flexibility with working hours

In return, you will receive...
* Salary: £20,000 - £24,999 per year
* Great opportunity for development
* 36-hour contract per week
* Enhanced pay for working before 08.00AM and after 9PM. Additional pay at time and a half for working Saturday and double time for working Sunday.
* Rotational weekends
* Working either 07.00-14.45 or 10.00-18.00 or 14.15-22.00 on a rota basis
* Full time contract
