Calling all administrators for an ongoing temporary contract in Grangemouth!
I am looking for the following role to fill ASAP with interviews next week......
Duties include
* First-hand customer complaint management experience (call centre type)
* Excel competent with experience in ERP systems.
* Order completing
* Customer queries and complaint handling
* Purchase orders
* Data processing
You will need to be engaging and see the role as a support role as the branch teams are the customers.
