We are looking for an experienced front of house staff to join great privately owned boutique hotel. You will join the team in delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations
Key info:

• Salary: £23,400
• Location: Lyndhurst
• Hours: 40 hours, 5/7 days mixed of earlies and lates

Duties include:

• Help and assist Front Office staff in resolving all queries quickly and efficiently
• To ensure there is regular communication with all employees.
• To ensure that all food and drink served is presented in accordance with Food Hygiene Regulations

To be successful, you'll need to have:

• Previous experience in hospitality front of house
• A real passion for hospitality and delivering great service
• Able to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
• Team player and able to work in busy environments
