We are looking for a highly motivated individual to provide professional and responsive HR administrative support to a dedicated client group.

You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have a sound knowledge of administrative processes. Good attention to detail, commitment to delivering excellent customer service and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. You will be a strong team player who is also able to work on your own initiative and have the ability to deal with a range of complex and sometimes conflicting demands. You must be highly systems and PC literate with the ability to quickly master bespoke software.

Person Specification

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications and Professional Memberships
Higher or Equivalent Educated to higher level or equivalent with previous administrative experience.

Knowledge
Knowledge of maintaining a database or computerised records.
A good working knowledge of the main Microsoft Office packages.

Experience
A solid administration background with previous experience of working in a busy environment.
Experience of producing work of a high quality and preparing documents which require close attention to detail.
Experienced in delivering an effective customer service approach by handling enquiries from staff and members of the public, in person, by telephone and through written correspondence.
Experience of working with confidential data.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications and Professional Memberships
First Degree Graduate entry.
Studying for or willing to embark on CIPD qualification in future.

Knowledge
Knowledge of an HR environment including contract administration.
Knowledge and understanding of HR policies, procedures and terms and conditions of employment.
