Blue Arrow have a exciting opportunity arise for a chef to work within our catering team here at HMP Onley, this is a role that involves working with & supervising our Prisoner Workforce.
You would be working an average of 38 hours a week, hours are from 07:00 - 18:00 on a rolling 3 on, 3 off shift pattern.
We are looking for a chef to join our team that caters for approx 625 people twice a day.
This role is suited to a Chef with a conscientious and innovative approach who will develop and has the commitment to deliver exceptional service in line with our customers and client demands. This is a customer facing role and requires a proactive individual.
* NVQ Level 2 - Culinary or equivalent (preferable, but training can be given)
* Food Hygiene Certificate - Level 2 (preferable, but training can be given)

Pay Rate Monday to Friday £16ph and Saturday and Sunday £24ph
