Team Coach

Blue Arrow Derby are proud to be working in partnership with UK's leading manufacturers of boilers, heat pumps & heating systems and they are looking to recruit A Renewables Technical Coach join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

Hours: Mon - Fri (working 39 hours a week).
Hours of work will between rota'd between 08:00am and 18:00 (Monday to Friday).
Salary: £22,000 + performance bonuses

Duties will include:

• Ability and drive to create, deliver, and maintain all aspects of training and development for the renewables and technical team.
• Support and collaborate with the performance development team to ensure continuous improvements and share best practices.
• Provide mentoring to the team as a renewables champion and facilitate product refreshers/workshops.
• Identify, document, and progress areas for improvement ensuring continual development across the teams.
• Create and update content to support day to day operations of the team and other areas of the business.
• Ability to adapt training modules and schedules to support changes in the Contact Centre environment.
• Reporting to the Technical Performance and Development Manager, provide regular updates on current performance of the team. Highlight areas for improvement and approach planned to improve knowledge and skills within the team. Approachable to all levels of the Contact Centre and close working relationship with the Performance and Development team.
• Assist and support in creation and implementation of the Technical/Renewables Excellence Program.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and directives of Vaillant Group (such as Corporate Governance Manual and Rules of Procedures) in the current version.

• Demonstrate the ability and aptitude to deliver tailored training plans to support new starters and existing staff members.
• Highly adaptable to changing situations and learning styles.
• Extensive knowledge and experience of renewables products and systems.
• Excellent communication skills, verbally and written.
• An ability to prioritise workload through time management, and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to communicate on a one-to-one basis and in a group arena via multiple channels.
• Highly approachable with excellent interpersonal/soft and motivational skills.
• Skilled in Microsoft applications and high attention to detail.
• Onsite experience desirable but not essential.
• Passion, energy, and the desire to succeed are important factors in this role.
• Related industry qualification desirable but not essential.

Our client is based in Belper, so if you have access to your own car and live in surrounding areas, great! If you are limited to Public transport, there are bus stops a short walk from the site (just over 30 minutes if you are traveling from Ripley or Derby city centre), bus stop is located just outside the building, free parking available too.
