Job Title: Sous Chef
Salary: Up to £37,000, with any occasional overtime paid at time and a half, benefits Head Chef Benefits: Paid Breaks, uniform provided including shoes, 50% discount off food for up to 6 people, 50% off accommodation, pension plan, employee assistance programme offering 24/7 support and advice.
Working Hours: Up to 48 hours a week including evenings and weekends, flexible shifts, 2 consecutive rest days each week, no split shifts.

Your Role - Head Chef
Here, food quality and looking after our people is key. As our Head Chef, you will be the one in command and enjoy delivering excellent food standards always, working with quality fresh ingredients to deliver our seasonal menus and daily specials, in a friendly and supportive environment. Supporting your head chef to lead and mentor your brigade, you will also be passionate about their training and continued development.
You will also;
* maintain health and safety processes and a 5-star rating
* achieve GP targets for the site, as well as helping to manage stock and labour costs
With recent senior kitchen experience, in a fresh food environment, you will relish the chance to develop your career.
