Breakfast Chef - £25,000 - Only 4 days a week and every night off!! - Hotel - Brockenhurst
*Staff accommodation on offer if required*
A luxury hotel and spa situated close to Brockenhurst are looking for a Breakfast Chef to join the brigade in preparing, cooking, and presenting breakfast 4 shifts a week only!!!
On top of a salary of £25,000 you will only work 4 days a week and have every night off!!!
Due to remote location own transport is highly desirable but they can offer staff accommodation if required.

Duties include:
* To take some responsibility for all elements of the kitchen including preparation, cooking and presentation of breakfast to agreed standards.
* To set and maintain standards.
* To ensure the kitchen is kept in a clean tidy and hygienic state.
To be successful, you'll need to have:
* Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or Chef, preferably within a hotel
* Food Hygiene certificate and Food allergen training
* Knowledge of health and safety issues (COSHH etc) further training can be given
* A real passion for hospitality and delivering great service
* Able to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
* Team player and able to work in busy environments
