As an Office administrator you will be working near in Hunts Cross in Liverpool, close to Liverpool Airport. The offices are inviting, warm and friendly and you will instantly feel the closeness of the team and how well they are work together. There is a real team spirit where you all work as one and support and help each other to deliver the companies expectations to its customers and each other. The role is working on a full-time basis between 8-4 Monday to Friday, as a business we believe families and your social life is important hence we ensure all our team leave at time every day to enjoy the rest of the afternoon into evening. The office team including the sales consists of 5-6 staff each responsible for various aspects of this family operation.
You will previously have worked in an office environment, preferably but not essential with active involvement in checking orders, creating invoicing, despatch notes - reconciliations and liaising with warehouse operations to create orders and checking the SLA are adhered to
Pay Rate: 22K
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday-8am-4pm
Perm Contract
The role is not exhaustive but would include the following as part of your daily routine:
* Checking customer orders for delivery, ensuring orders are picked in time with the SLA or need
* Creating transfer labels and pick notes to pass over to the warehouse team
* Creating invoices for each client on daily weekly orders
* Sending invoices to customers or emailing despatch notes
* Producing transport documentation - manifests for couriers
* Ensuring all deliveries are despatched accurately and on time in line with order requirements
* Active involvement with claim procedures
* Problem solving any courier consignment issues and managing the process
* Efficient with systems and processes
* Collaborative / Cross functional approach
* Able to prioritise busy work loads.
* Receiving and making calls to customers regarding orders
