This is a unique role which combines working from absolute stunning offices, based within an award-winning golf club in the heart of the picture-perfect Kent countryside, and having the ability to be able to work from home in this rare hybrid role.

The Role
My clients are representing one of the leading telecoms providers in the UK, providing TV, broadband and mobile services.
Successful applicants will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer service experience to anyone who calls in to enquire.
There is no cold calling, no unachievable financial targets, no scripts to be reading from.
What you can expect is second to none training, which demonstrates how it is quality not quantity that is important for my client and their customer. My client will be able to teach you about all the products on offer, they will be able to share with you how to overcome any call obstacles, they will be able to coach you through the quality bench marks which are required. What they cannot teach you is the willingness to learn and the ability to see the clear and present opportunities which will be on offer to you, that has to come from you!
The role is based on a 37.5 hour working week, shifts will be 8 hours between 08:00 and 22:00. Following 4 weeks of onboard training, the role will be split into working three days at home and two in the office. You will need to commit to working one weekend in three and all weekend shifts will be conducted at home.

I would like to hear from anyone who has a strong belief in always providing the best customer service, could talk confidently over the telephone building an instant rapport with their customers. It is imperative that you know how to listen to your customer so that you can understand their needs and what they would like to achieve from the call. Experience in other telephone customer service roles is not essential as in-depth training will be provided, you will be asked to demonstrate communication skills in the screening process.
Due to the location of this role, having your own transport is incredibly important. There are no public transport links to this location.
