Salary: £26,000

35 hours per week

5 out of 7 to include bank holidays and Weekends.

Salary £24-26K

Cooking for minimum 20 to begin with - plans to expand in the very near future

Producing dishes from Company Spec Recipes following all Allergen information

IT Skills for ordering and daily book work

Working on own initiative

Small team but with plans to expand in the very near future

• Duties include:
• Overseeing of food preparation,
• Management of line staff and porters,
• Inventory and purchasing,
• Menu creation and pricing,
• Food and staff budgeting,
• Staff scheduling and kitchen safety and cleanliness maintenance.
