Customer Service - Financial Services
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (35 Hours per week)
Location: Bradford (BD1) - Hybrid Working
Salary- £13.18 per hour
Our client is looking for Motivated Individuals to join the Financial Crime Operations CDD (Customer Due Diligence), within the Financial Crime CoE.
Financial Crime Centre of Excellence Teams fulfil a critical role in the fight against all forms of financial crime, including money laundering, terrorist funding, tax evasion and identity theft.
The role:
Supports in documentation of relevant procedures and supporting the wider team and management team to identify and implement opportunities to improve processes.
Supports production of regular MI reports on events to senior management.
Proactively supports the bank in meeting its business, legal, regulatory and stakeholder obligations in respect of Financial Crime Compliance including identifying, deterring, and detecting.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintains a working knowledge of appropriate legislation and regulatory requirements affecting the COU and the wider FCI&I department.
Work together with peers to achieve business area targets and objectives.
To provide an expert investigative, consultancy and advisory service to Law Enforcement Authorities and ensure that all requests for information comply with UK legislation and that 'cross border' information requests are dealt with appropriately and within the law.

Proof of Right to work in the UK
Proof of National Insurance - NI Card, payslip or P60/P45
Proof of Address dated within the last 3 months - Driver/provisional License, Utility bill, Bank statement
3 Years referencing details (Blue Arrow will apply for these)
DBS (processed by Blue Arrow- External DBS accepted if on the update service)
