Credit Controller
Dunstable, LU5 - Hybrid role
£15.00 per hour PAYE
Temporary: 6 months / until October 2022
Role Brief:
To collect and reconcile credit notes and invoices owed to the company. They manage customer accounts, ensuring that new customers have healthy credit and that existing customers have settled monthly accounts in a timely manner.
This role a hybrid position, where you will be required to work 2-3 days per week from the Dunstable offices.
A laptop will be provided due to the nature of the role.
Monday to Friday, 9.00 AM - 5.00 PM

Role Responsibilities:
* Credit risk management
* Billing
* Chasing business customer debt (verbally and written)
* Engaging with customers to support and resolve queries in relation to invoices owed

Role Requirements:
* Experience in a Credit Control or Accounts Receivable role
* Excel to advanced level
* Strong numerical skills
* Accuracy / attention to detail
* Resolution driven
* Concise communication skills (both written & verbal)
