A great Pub / steakhouse situated in Haslemere are looking for a Deputy Manager to assist in delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
This pub is a part of an established pub group at one of their lovely sites, this is an amazing company to join who have a real family ethos to the business, each one of their sites are unique to themselves.
On top of a great salary of up to £30,000 per annum, there is an great training and development opportunities.
Key Information:
* Salary: Up to £30,000
* Hours: 5/7 days, Mixed shifts
* Location: Haslemere
* Contract: Permanent
Duties include:
* Assisting in all aspects of running the pub - welcoming customers, maintaining standards and any other duties as required
* Some understanding of stock control and gross profit margins
To be successful, you'll need to have:
* Previous experience as a deputy manager in a pub
* A real passion for hospitality and delivering great service
* Able to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
* Team player and able to work in busy environments
