Contact Centre Agent
Contact Call Agent urgently required for a well established company based in Erdington Birmingham.
As a Contact Call Agent you will be responsible for:-
- Taking inbound calls
- dealing with inbound emails
- Using the internal system to raise queries to other departments
You will need to have a professional manner. Must be computer literate and ideally have a background within customer service.
This is a hybrid role. You will be based in the office at 3 days a week and 2 at home.
40 hours per week Monday to Friday, on a rota basis between 8am-6pm.
