Blue Arrow are looking for Catering Assistant in the Bristol Area!

Key Duties:
* Follow procedures to ensure that the retail catering unit complies with all relevant health & safety and food hygiene legislation to minimise the risks to the public, staff and contractors and to ensure that any incidents are reported.
* To assist in the preparation, cooking and service of food and beverages and. Maintain standards of presentation and food and drink products as instructed
* Ensure that the catering outlet is clean and appropriately presented and stocked at all times.
* Ensure compliance with all cash handing, site security and administration policies and procedures.
* Contribute to identifying new opportunities and improvements by encouraging customer feedback and engaging with customers.

Key Skills:

* Barista experience, working in a fast paced cafe/kiosk
* Strong customer service skills
* Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, or willing to complete one

* Experience using EPOS till system, and comfortable cash handling
