Blue Arrow is currently recruiting for Senior Finance Administrator role in Watford area .
Job Title: Senior Finance Administrator (Invoice Processing)- Queries
£12.51 p/h
3 month initial contract, with potential for extension and temp-to-perm for the right person
Based in Watford 3-4 days per week
Looking for good customer service skills and some finance experience
Department: Finance
Reporting to: Finance (Invoice Processing) Supervisor
Purpose: Responsible for ensuring that all queries are promptly dealt with and resolved, sustaining constant communication between relevant stakeholders

Role Summary
To ensure that all queries are dealt with and resolved in a timely manner following company's process and guidelines, The role requires constant liaising with other stakeholders both external and internal e.g.: Buyers, Vendors, tax team etc via phone and email. Assisting with any administrative tasks ensuring smooth running of the department e.g. processing invoices, archiving processed invoices, helping other departments etc.
Responsibilities
To ensure all queries are dealt with in an accurate, timely and professional manner
To build on excellent working relationships with both our external and internal customers.
To ensure expected targets are consistently met
Assisting with any administrative tasks ensuring smooth running of the department e.g. managing invoice processing inbox, archiving processed invoices, helping other departments etc.
Key Skills, knowledge & Experience
Experience of a high volume Accounts Payable Department
Self-motivated and works on own initiative
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence internal and external stakeholders.
Attention to details
Ability to work under pressure/ meet the targets without compromising on key areas
Team player
Flexible and adaptable to changing environment.
