Blue Arrow is recruiting for Cash Allocation Clerk in Perth area.
JOB TITLE Cash Allocation Clerk
JOB LOCATION Hybrid role - remote working and 1-2 days in the Perth office (this could increase depending on training etc needed to be given)
8-12-week training programme
LENGTH OF CONTRACT 12 Months - Extension to this very likely
HOURS 37 hours p/w - Monday to Friday
PAY RATE PAYE £12.50 per hour PAYE
INTERVIEW PROCESS Teams with Manager
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
* High investigative skills, Experience of this in other roles
* Excellent Customer Services skills, will be speaking with business customers and internal SSE stakeholders
* Have strong verbal and written communication skills
* Confident in dealing with MS Packages especially Outlook, Excel and Word
* Added benefit if candidates have experiencing in banking, cash reconciliation, accounting/bookkeeping background but not essential.
Your Skills & Experience
- Solid academic background, with a good level of written English and numeracy
- Experience in working in a customer service Advisor Background, experience with dealing with
customer receipts and/or supplier payments.
- Good Investigative skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding and personalised customer service.
- Ability to build good working relationships with colleagues, while working virtually from home
- Good systems experience and able to learn new systems quickly
- Proficient in using MS Office - Excel, Word and Outlook
