Blue Arrow Derby are looking to recruit 2x Customer Service Administrator's on a full-time permanent basis for our client based in Castlewood.
Hours: (Mon-Fri) - Monday -Thursday 8.30am - 17.00pm and Friday - 8.30am - 15.30pm.


About the Role
The successful candidate will have previous Customer Service experience and will be working within a small team to ensure an excellent customer service experience. The goal is to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention and to meet their expectations.

* Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
* Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
* Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and archive documents.
* Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
* Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
* Identifying and assessing customer's needs to achieve satisfaction.
* Are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don't have enough information to resolve customer complaints.
* Able to act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
* Ability to cover the spares line when needed.
* Communicate with renewable customers to ensure allocation and delivery of their orders.
* The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

About you:
* At least 1 year's previous proven experience in providing customer service support
* Working knowledge of customer service software/tools.
* Experience working with SAP would be an advantage.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
* Genuinely excited to help customers
* Be patient, empathetic
* Excellent communications skills
* Passionate about customer service
* Ability to work well within a team and on own
* Good use of initiative
* Good IT skills

Our client is based in Castlewood, so if you have access to your own car and live-in surrounding areas, great! Our client is based near to Junction 28 of the M1. If you are limited to Public transport, there are bus stops links available.
