Customer Service Specialist
Cardiff (open to remote workers)
£10.28 per hour (PAYE)
Full Time - Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours
3 months - Temp

If you have a bubbly personality and genuine passion to help people - this could be the ideal job for you! Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for 'Customer Service Specialists' for a fast paced and energetic call centre. Shifts are full time (36.25 hours), Monday to Friday, with shifts worked between 09.00 and 17.00. All positions are 3 months temporary.
You will be focused on general customer service responsibilities, including dealing with day to day inbound queries, as well as complaint handling.
Please note: This role is open to remote workers, and the wider team will be based in Cardiff

Key Responsibilities
* Talk things through with our customers, answering their questions over the phone when they need to call us
* Service and Resolve inbound Pupil queries via Live Chat (Existing and Prospective Pupils)
* Take ownership of any questions and issues via email and in-app messages
* Undertake any and all appropriate administration tasks to complete, record and put things right for our customers
* Work with other Customer Success Department Teams to take ownership and completely resolve the customer query
Ideal Candidate
Capability, Knowledge and Experience:
* Experience of delivering exceptional customer service.
* Experience working in a business-to-business service role / environment.
* Experience working in a digital service-based role.
Personal Characteristics:
* Customer obsessed and determined to deliver world class service.
* Ability to own a customer problem trough to final resolution.
* Digitally confident with/experience of online customer service platforms (Live Chat)
* Fast typing, excellent written and spoken English.
* Exceptional grammar and spelling
* A trusted and respected colleague
* Calm and engaging personality
* Excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment
