Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for a Supervisor Chef for a well-established team in Milton Keynes. This position is temp to perm with the client. We are searching for a well-organised, professional leader who can perform to the highest standard. They are offering the freedom to be part of the creative chef team and ongoing training across various areas of the department
Job Title: Evening Chef Supervisor
Location: Milton Keynes, MK17
Start Date: Immediately
Pay Rate: £13.01
Shift Pattern: Saturday and Sundays 19:00pm-7am
Chef Supervisor Responsibilities
* Leading a team to deliver high quality food on service
* Ensuring quality control measures are in place
* Ensure standards of cleaning and hygiene, food quality and customer service are maintained
* Planning and organising of staff including deployment
* Managing and developing all chefs with all necessary requirements
* Coaching other chefs to improve performance and standards to meet business needs
* Undertake all preparation of food & waste management procedures are adhered
Chef Skills Required
* Previous Supervisor Chef experience or Leadership within a team
* Ability to display a high level of food safety along with maintaining a clean working environment
* A great team player yet able to work comfortably on your own
* Valid Food & Hygiene Level 2 Certificate
