Senior Sous Chef - Up to £35,000
A fabulous hotel situated in the beautiful village of Brockenhurst in The New Forest are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Sous Chef for their large brigade.
The a la carte restaurant boasts a superb choice of fresh, locally sourced dishes served daily, covering weddings and functions throughout the year.

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000
Hours: 5/7 Days, 45 hours per week, Plus service charge and Tips
Location: Brockenhurst
