Position: Customer Service Agent
Location: Cardiff, CF15 7QU
Work pattern: Hybrid model, 2 days in office with 3 days remote working
Salary: £9.50 per hour, paid weekly
Type: Temporary full time 37.5hrs per week, shift hours fall between 9am and 5.30pm

* Taking inbound calls from Finance customers
* Updating changes to customer's account
* Discussion about customer's finance agreement
* Termination of contract
* Taking payments
* Calculating settlement figures
* Previous customer service experience
* Call centre experience
* Excellent communication
* Previous finance experience preferable but not essential
* Good listening skills
* Able to work towards targets
* Able to adapt to customers' needs
This role is initially offered on an on-going basis through Blue Arrow with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.
