Hours: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm

Kent Community Health are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team based in Dover. You will be supporting the One You Central Advisory Team on adding referrals from our referral inbox, taking inbound calls to add referrals to our system or book appointments and minute taking. You must be able to pick up on new systems quickly, be fast and competent at data inputting, have experience with minute taking for large meetings and be confident on the phones. This is a very fast paced role and we need someone who can support by hitting the ground running by being able to learn complex systems very quickly. This role is high pressured and very busy so you must be able to remain calm in busy situations. The One You Central Advisory team is a very friendly and supportive team. Thorough training will be given on all aspects of the position.
