Blue Arrow are recruiting for an Recruitment Team Manager for our client based near the city centre of Edinburgh. Initially working from home the successful candidate will have experience of leading and transforming teams, as well as extensive talent acquisition and recruitment experience.

The Role

Our Learning and Talent Partner is a senior level role, the purpose of which is to work closely with our senior leaders on talent identification and deployment, leadership development and our organisational learning strategies.

Job responsibilities may include:

    • Working with leadership teams to help them lead our transformation and our journey to become a learning organisation
    • Collaborating with leadership teams to embed our cultural characteristics
    • Using data and insights to lead strategic change in relation to learning, skills, leadership and talent
    • Collaborating with leadership teams to identify our strategic skills and talent needs
    • Coaching leadership teams to embed our leadership and talent frameworks, systems and processes
    • Bringing a focus to leadership development and skills development initiatives and activities within leadership teams across SW
    • Collaborating closely with our employee experience team to ensure diversity, inclusion and belonging remain central to our approach to leadership and talent development
    • Supporting the central leadership and talent team with the design and implementation of leadership and talent initiatives
    • Encouraging leadership teams to identify, develop and 'deploy' our talented employees across our clients organisation
    • Supporting leadership teams to create meaningful, robust, and diverse succession plans and talent pipelines
