Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for Pension Administrator Clerk to work on a temporary assignment, in a busy call centre, within a friendly and professional team. You will mainly be taking inbound calls relating to a variety of occupational pension schemes. You may be required to answer queries via email and be asked to provide support to the administration and customer service team. This role offers 40 hours per week, working any 5 out of 7 days. Pay rate is £12.00 per hour
This position often requires the handling of sensitive information with professionalism and integrity. As part of our dynamic environment and team you will feel a strong sense of accomplishment as you develop your technical, interpersonal and administrative skills as well as see your efforts contribute to meeting the needs of our clients. Our supportive, team oriented approach will motivate you to do your best while also helping others�Basic familiarity with general office machines such as photocopier, scanner and fax Basic typing skills. Basic PC skills. - Basic Microsoft Office applications skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Ability to take direction from several sources. Good attitude and people skills, strong team contributor Good organization skills Strong attention to detail 1-3 years experience within a customer service environment
