We are pleased to be assisting with the recruitment for a Sales Support Executive in Dunstable.

Hybrid Working - mix of office based (3 days a week) and remote working (2 days).

Monday - Friday - 08.30 - 16.30

A bit about the role:
A telephone/web-based role to ensure that first class Customer Service and Supply is delivered at all times to Partnerships Partners by processing inbound orders and facilitation of equipment installations to invoice. Provide support to the Partnerships team and be first line operational contact with internal, external Partners, suppliers and distribution partners.
* Order input into 'Microsoft Dynamics' including Signage
* Understand Partner order systems and requirements.
* Monitor and escalate service performance issues to internal functions e g Supply Chain, Sales and Suppliers.
* Take ownership of queries to resolution
* Deliver team telephone service levels
* Use Web based ordering systems to manage and process incoming orders and enquiries
* Manage Partner enquiries

Who we are looking for:

* PC literate to intermediate standard - intermediate level Excel essential
* Strong administrative skills
