Blue Arrow Derby are looking to recruit a on a full-time Customer Loyalty Manager on permanent basis for an excellent manufacturing client based in Belper.

Hours: Mon-Thurs (8:30am - 5:00pm) and Friday's (8:30am - 3:30pm)

About the Role
This is a senior role reporting to the Marketing Director you will be responsible for the UK loyalty strategy for the company, customer retention strategy and management of the loyalty team and associated partners and agencies.

Duties will include:

  • Working closely with the Commercial Directors, Regional Directors, and wider marketing team you will deliver a plan to grow business in the one-off segment of the business encompassing all Products for all brands.
  • Working closely with the CRM manager and the CRM team understand and report on customer behaviour with regards to segmentation, growth, and the return on investment of key activities to drive growth.
  • Effectively lead and manage the loyalty team understanding developmental needs.
  • Customer centric mindset working closely with the sales organisation to ensure continuous improvement from the loyalty programme and to increase loyalty and share of wallet from one off customers.
  • Working closely with the business planning teams, business support teams providing a high level of reporting, analysis, and development requirements for internal and external software systems.

About you:

  • Qualified to degree level, marketing degree or equivalent is desirable.
  • Qualified CIM or working towards CIM desirable.
  • Knowledge and experience of software development is desirable.
  • Experience of marketing and campaign management.
  • Attention to detail essential.
  • Experience of leading a successful team, identifying training needs, accountability needs and development requirements within the team.
  • Knowledge of UK heating market desirable.
  • Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office) and excellent written and verbal communication skills

Our client is based in Belper, so if you have access to your own car and live-in surrounding areas, great! If you are limited to public transport, there are bus stops a short walk from the site (just over 30 minutes if you are traveling from Ripley or Derby city centre), bus stop is located just outside the building, free parking available too.
